Active Sessions   Leave a comment

Many of us recognize the value of fitness, green space, and holistic health, but most don’t have time to dedicate to a wilderness therapy retreat. Is all lost?

Active Sessions capture the essence of wilderness and ecopsychology and blend them with fitness activities. A prime example of active sessions is the “Walking Session”.

I’ve developed a knack for program implementation and theoretical design, and my background, training, and education in wilderness medicine, adventure guiding, wilderness therapy & ecopsychology research, directing a university counseling center, and my clinical experience drive me toward further developing these interventions.

This page will be a vehicle for discussing active sessions and interventions.
